The Bulk Menu: 2-Liter Masterpieces

Our soups and stews are immediately vacuum-packed and frozen at their peak to "reduce microbial activity" and lock in "maximum freshness".

The Lineup:

• Iconic Jollof Rice: The soul of the menu; a "deep red" aromatic masterpiece that "announces itself from across the room".
• Fried Rice: Par-boiled and stir-fried with a rich mix of vegetables.
• Egusi Soup: Ground melon seeds prepared with traditional spices and broth.
• Okra Soup: A "draw soup" made from grated okra fruit and African spices.
• Banga Soup: A rich, reddish sauce made from palm nut fruit.
• White Soup & Pepper Soup: "Legendary" spicy broths boiled with ginger, onions, and aromatic herbs.
• Tomato Stew: A fundamental tomato-based sauce, smooth and richly seasoned.
• Beans: Beans boiled in a spicy broth of palm oil, salt, pepper and other spices
• Fried Plantain: A pack of fried plantains for addition to other meals or eaten alone
• Protein Packs: Packs for beef, goat, chicken, turkey and mackerel fish consisting of between 8-15 pieces depending on size. A protein mix pack is also available. This is usually chosen with the vegetarian option of soups.
• Snack Pack (Unfrozen): A selection of West African street-food legends including Meat Pies, Fried chicken, and Puff Puff.
• Zobo: 1 Liter bottles of the hibiscus flower drink known and loved in West Africa

Choose Your Option:

1. The Full Option: Includes a hearty mix of fish pieces, shaki, chicken, beef, and assorted meats (12-15 main pieces of protein per container).
2. The Vegetarian Option: Entirely meat-free for our plant-based diners. Optional "Meat Packs" (Chicken, Beef, or Fish) are available to add to any order.

Nationwide Delivery & Ordering Schedule

We ensure an unbroken cold chain to maintain the integrity of your meal.

• Delivery Days: Every Thursday.
• Ordering Deadlines:
  • For Delivery: Order by Wednesday, 19:00 Hours.

Crucial Delivery Instructions: To guarantee your delivery, you must provide secondary delivery options in case you are not home:

1. A primary neighbor's address.
2. A secondary neighbor's address.
3. Permission to leave the package in the paper bin.

Handling & Quality Assurance

Once your feast arrives, do not use a microwave to thaw. To preserve the "tasty, nutritious, and natural" quality of the food:

• Thaw naturally at room temperature.
• Or dip the vacuum pack in hot water to accelerate the process.
• Store in the freezer for future use.
